The role:
As Learning and Development Business Partner, you’ll lead the design and delivery of learning solutions that drive capability, confidence, and culture at Hubexo. Based in our Newcastle Hub, you’ll work closely with leaders, managers, and subject-matter experts to identify learning needs and bring our global learning strategy to life.
You’ll also own and lead the ongoing development of Hubexo Academy, our newly launched global learning management system. You’ll ensure the platform is user-friendly, well-maintained, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of our growing organisation. From content curation and campaign planning to reporting and optimisation, you’ll be at the centre of how our people access and experience learning at Hubexo.

This is what you’ll be doing
* Leading the local deployment of Hubexo’s global learning and development strategy.
* Owning and managing Hubexo Academy (LMS) – overseeing structure, user experience, content updates, technical maintenance, and stakeholder training.
* Partnering with business leads to identify learning needs and shape targeted, engaging learning solutions.
* Designing and delivering blended learning experiences – including workshops, toolkits, digital content, and on-demand resources.
* Developing and running learning campaigns to build awareness and engagement with key topics.
* Measuring and evaluating the impact of learning interventions on performance and engagement.
* Supporting leadership and manager development aligned with Hubexo’s values and high-performance culture.
* Collaborating with internal communications and employer brand colleagues to promote learning activity and success stories.
* Building strong relationships across functions and regions to share best practice and embed learning across the employee lifecycle.
About you
* Proven experience in an L&D role, with a track record of designing and delivering learning solutions in a fast-paced or transforming environment.
* Demonstrated experience managing or administering a learning management system or online learning platform.
* Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage learners at all levels.
* Analytical mindset – confident using data and feedback to evaluate impact and improve experiences.
* Skilled in using Microsoft 365 and digital learning tools
