Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Compliance staff and Head of Compliance.
* Organize and maintain compliance-related records and files efficiently.
* Handle incoming customer queries professionally and promptly.
* Maintain accurate records in compliance with AML regulation and internal policies.
* Assist with the wider remediation project and transactional monitoring activities.
* Ensure adherence to transactional monitoring and review periods, escalating issues as needed.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of internal compliance policies and procedures.
* Assess risks related to compliance and implement measures to mitigate them.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance across the organization.
* Conduct regular audits of company records, identifying potential compliance issues or breaches.
* Prepare and present compliance reports and statistics to management.
* Stay updated on regulatory developments within and outside the company.
