Hospitality Support Assistant
Head Office, Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
35 hours per week
Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Hospitality Support Assistant to support our Taste Restaurants.

The role of Hospitality Support Assistant will include:
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the Hospitality team and internal/external stakeholders, managing and screening phone calls and emails professionally.
* Coordinate and manage diaries, schedule meetings, and attend them as needed, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
* Provide clerical and administrative support to the Hospitality team, maintaining organized records and filing systems.
* Collate, type, and distribute team communications and documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Maintain and update databases and filing systems to support efficient team operations.
* Assist with daily administrative tasks, including the creation of reports, presentations, and briefs.
* Use design software to format and input content for menus, posters, and other visual materials created by the team.
* Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely task completion.
* Contribute to special projects and initiatives that align with the Group’s values and strategic objectives.
Skills and experiences:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role.
* Demonstrated ability to provide effective and professional administrative support.
* Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
* Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
