Key Responsibilities Manage full end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients. Oversee Auto Enrolment duties and ensure full compliance. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, providing a reliable and professional service. Stay fully up to date with payroll legislation, best practice, and industry changes through independent research. Work collaboratively within the payroll team and wider payroll function. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, HMRC, and external providers. Identify and resolve payroll queries and customer service issues efficiently. Carry out any additional tasks that are reasonable and relevant to the role.Requirements Previous payroll experience within an accountancy practice or bureau is ESSENTIAL.
