Job Description: We’re currently looking to recruit a skilled Factory worker to join our Coating Department in Bicester, reporting into the Shift Leader on the WEEKEND SHIFT This is a hands-on, active role where you’ll be on your feet throughout the shift, working as part of a small team to deliver high-quality coated finishes in line with production targets and customer specifications. Schedule Friday, Saturday and Sunday ongoing work 6AM - 6PM - DAY SHIFT 6PM - 6AM - NIGHT SHIFT What the role involves: Quality Assurance You’ll carry out visual inspections and basic quality checks (film thickness, adhesion where required), segregate non-conforming product, and maintain finish standards in line with internal and customer expectations. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance You must operate in line with COSHH, PPE requirements and safe systems of work, handling powders and chemicals safely and reporting any hazards, incidents or equipment faults immediately.
