Are you good with reprographics? Are you able to work with printers and scanner in an office based environment? We have an opportunity with a global-leading organization for a Office assistant.


Job details

Job title: Office assistant

Job type: Ongoing contract

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Salary: £13.50 - £14 p.h

Location: Leeds


Role & Responsibilities

You will be an integral part of the team, supporting the smooth operation of the reprographics department. This role is perfect for someone organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a stable, ongoing contract.


Main tasks include

* Operate and maintain high-volume printing and copying equipment.
* Prepare documents for printing, including collation, binding, and finishing.
* Manage print queues and ensure timely delivery of jobs.
* Assist with file management and digital archiving.
* Respond to internal and external customer requests for printing services.
* Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.


Requirements

* Experience in a reprographics or print environment.
* Proficiency in operating standard office printing and copying machines.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
