School Site Maintenance Assistant M&M Supply is seeking a proactive and reliable School Site Maintenance Assistant to help maintain a safe, secure, and well-presented site environment. Reporting to the Premises Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the premises, supporting compliance, maintenance, contractor management, site security, and health & safety activities. Key Responsibilities * Support all aspects of site management, ensuring facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained. * Deputise for the Premises Manager when required, assisting with the coordination of premises staff and contractors. * Carry out routine inspections, compliance checks, planned preventative maintenance, and site safety testing. * Monitor site security, including opening and closing procedures, alarms, and access control. * Coordinate contractors on-site, ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard. * Assist with maintenance projects, room setups, porterage duties, and site improvements. * Maintain accurate records, stock levels, and premises documentation. * Support the organisation of events and activities outside normal operating hours where required. * Promote and maintain a strong health & safety culture across the site.
