Your new roleStarting ASAP, you will be a key part of the dedicated Science department, teaching a varied timetable including full teaching responsibilities such as: Teach KS3 – KS5 Nurture a range of learning abilities Staff meetings Parent’s evenings, Pastoral responsibilities, Planning and preparation of lessons Marking and assessment. What you’ll need to succeed Qualified teaching Status or PCET with Science experience Experience of teaching science in a secondary school Proven track record of helping students Strong classroom management skills Registered with the Education Workforce Council Hold a DBS check on the update service or be willing to obtain one NQT’s encouraged to apply!
