Your market: Software Engineering
You know the Software Engineering market from the inside: the languages, the frameworks, the debates, and the people. You understand what separates a high-performing engineering culture from one that's struggling under technical debt. At Experis, you'll use that knowledge to build something of genuine value: deep client partnerships, a trusted talent network and a specialism that reflects who you are in the market.

What you'll be doing
* Own, grow and scale a defined specialist technology market
* Build a strong personal reputation as a trusted expert
* Develop long term, relationship led client partnerships
* Lead consultative, problem focused client conversations
* Deliver solutions across permanent hire, projects, and alternative models
* Build deep market knowledge and high-quality talent networks
* Operate as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates
