Kick-start your finance career with a highly acquisitive, well-established but rapidly growing market leader, based in Central Woking! We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Finance Graduate to join as an Assistant Management Accountant within a highly successful group function.
You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of finance, including (but not limited to): supporting monthly reporting, intercompany transactions, VAT returns, and helping onboard new acquisitions as we grow. This role is ideal for a motivated graduate eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist with monthly management accounts and reconciliations
* Manage intercompany invoicing and cash pool entries
* Support VAT returns and acquisition projects
* Prepare key reports (IT spend, credit card analysis, etc.)
* Maintain accurate records and ensure ledger readiness
* Create fixed assets and run monthly depreciation processes
* Prepare costing reports, comparing against pre-set budgets
* Perform other ad hoc duties as required
What will you bring?
* Finance-related Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
