Job Description
The Line Cook/The Dishwasher at Five Iron supports the team leader by managing all aspects of the kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with kitchen operations as directed.
Responsibilities Include:
* Open/close the kitchen as needed.
* Prepare various appetizers and entrees, ensuring food is well-stocked and prepared to high standards.
* Wash, sanitize, and maintain all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and equipment.
* Assist with food prep and collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.
* Provide high-quality customer service to guests.
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Health and safety credentials and local certifications.
* Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay: $21-$23/hr
