Correla is looking for a Test Manager to join our client change team.
Salary
Circa £70k (advertised salary achievable for a candidate fulfilling all role criteria)

About The Role
* Define, implement, own, and maintain the Test Strategy and best practices.
* Oversee the creation of essential test documentation.
* Ensure quality and timely execution of functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across development, delivery, and business teams.
* Track, analyze, and report test metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and software readiness.
* Monitor testing effectiveness and report to senior leadership.
* Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tooling, and capability.
About You
* You will have extensive experience in software testing with a strong background in test planning and delivery.
* You will hold an ISTQB Certification or equivalent.
* You will have excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* You will demonstrate leadership and people management skills.
* You will have hands-on experience with test management tools.
* You will be proficient in automated testing tools and frameworks.
