We`re looking for a new Marketing Exec to join our Feather & Black brand based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive marketing plans. Support the Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, enhance marketing positioning and optimise promotional execution to achieve brand goals. Implement quality content and campaigns to inspire our customers and raise our external profile.
You will be responsible for supporting and implementing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer growth and achieve revenue targets.

- Support the Marketing Manager and wider Feather & Black team in executing the Brand and marketing campaigns
- Implement data-driven campaigns across digital, offline, media and partnerships to achieve agreed targets
- Responsible for the trade marketing calendar timely delivery and be the link between buying, merchandising, ecommerce and central operations
- Optimise paid media campaigns across a variety of channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads and others, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness
- Implement SEO initiatives in line with the strategy to improve website traffic, organic rankings and search visibility
- Execute and optimise Paid & Organic Social media campaigns in line with strategy to drive brand awareness and traffic to the website
- Manage and maintain the social media calendar
- Champion Feather & Black via Social Media channels to customers and internally via BedSpace
- Deliver PR initiatives that support our objectives and strategy working alongside external partners
- Manage and maintain the content calendar working together with cross functions and external agency
- Ensure brand, campaign and tone of voice guidelines are accurate across all collateral
- Implement & execute instore ticketing in line with brand positioning
- Working alongside external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns
