As a Human Resource Admin, you will support the Operations Manager in managing recruitment and onboarding activities for volunteers and team members. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on HR and admin experience in a meaningful charity environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Post volunteer and team role advertisements
* Screen applications and shortlist suitable candidates
* Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
* Conduct initial screening calls (if assigned)
* Maintain applicant tracking sheets and recruitment records
* Support onboarding of new volunteers (documents, SOPs, system access)
* Follow structured recruitment workflows
* Provide weekly recruitment updates to the Operations Manager
Qualifications
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
* Basic experience or interest in HR, admin, or recruitment (preferred but not essential)
* Comfortable using Google Drive, Sheets, and online tools
* Professional, reliable, and confident working independently
