As a Cafe Team Leader, you’ll support the day-to-day of the café and BREW bar, helping the team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cafe Team Leader, you’ll:
* Deliver high café and BREW standards, ensuring full operational compliance
* Provide outstanding customer service across all café touchpoints
* Coordinate daily activities and communication within the café
* Identify opportunities for improvement using data and customer feedback
* Work closely with managers and colleagues to drive sales and achieve store targets
* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and food safety standards
* Respond quickly to customer queries and resolve issues effectively
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and stock control
* Minimise waste through careful handling and stock management
* Complete all tasks and procedures in line with company policies
About you
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll ideally have:
* Experience delivering excellent customer service
* The ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Experience supporting or leading a team
* Strong operational knowledge of a café or hospitality environment
* A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping customers
* Awareness of food safety, hygiene, and health & safety practices
You’ll also be:
* A great communicator who listens and responds to customer needs
* Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
* Committed to maintaining high standards in everything you do
