A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Responsible for the team that accurately replenish stock in an efficient and timely manner ensuring all demand is fulfilled first time and in full
* Monitor and review the flow of stock throughout the Network ensuring that products are best placed for customer allocation
* Manage all staff performance & absence management is in line with company policy
* Deliver team performance evaluation, metrics that informs internal measurement and supports team development and training requirement
* Set up review processes with suppliers to ensure improved service levels
