Position Overview: The Internal Sales Executive plays a vital role in the sales team, primarily responsible for generating new leads, upselling and securing hires and sales, managing customer accounts, and supporting the overall sales process. As the Internal Sales Executive you will be responsible for: Identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product/service information. Manage sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software. Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to evaluate progress against targets and identify areas for improvement. The successful Internal Sales Executive will hold: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
