We are hiring a Part-Time Finance Assistant who’s confident with a broad role and understands the importance of Process and Controls but can work in an evolving businesses and prioritise needs.
The ideal set up:
* 20-25 hours per week.
* Flexible hours.
* Some time in our Reading office.
* Immediately available (we will wait for the right person, but would love someone who can join fast).
What you’ll do:
* Managing sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, reconciliations and payments.
* Supporting VAT returns, monthly balance sheet recs, and financial reports.
* Partnering with other teams and playing a key role in operations.
* Using tools like Xero, Excel, and (ideally) HubSpot.
