About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist based at our Head Office in Stockport for Harbour Healthcare.
Responsibilities
1. Answering telephone calls, redirecting, handling queries, and taking messages.
2. Greeting visitors and answering the door.
3. Opening and distributing incoming mail.
4. Preparing invoices for posting and frank mail.
5. Performing other administrative functions as required.
6. Occasional trips to the post office.
7. Making beverages for the team.
