General administration duties, including typing reports, letters & documents and general filing. Raising demands for purchase orders as and when required. Customer invoicing and achieving monthly/weekly deadlines Ownership of Excel spreadsheets and responsible for update and issuing to site Enter all departmental holiday/sickness data, update holiday spread sheet & prepare “Return to Work Interview “sheets. Liaise closely with the other Administrators located throughout the UK, offering support for key duties during periods of holidays or absence and working as an effective team player. Liaising with Site Manger and Supervisors to co-ordinate and book relevant training for site technicians as well as annual medicals Process all departmental credit card spend for the Managers/Supervisors.
