The Key Account Manager is responsible for maximising business opportunities from existing and new customers across the entire portfolio of commercial products & services, delivering a high standard of service and professionalism to meet and exceed contractual deliverables. The expectation is you will be required to hit monthly targets and offer mitigation plans when required.
What You’ll Do
1. Manage an existing portfolio of accounts, maximising cross-selling and upselling opportunities
2. Proactively identify and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
3. Visit clients and prospects weekly, building strong and lasting relationships
