What Were Looking For: Essential Requirements
Were searching for a teacher who brings enthusiasm, expertise, and a genuine commitment to primary education. Youll need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness for one.
* A deep understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and age:appropriate teaching methodologies.
* Exceptional classroom management skills that foster a positive and productive learning environment.
