The Role As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the driving force behind new business growth. Your focus will be on outbound prospecting, connecting with key decision-makers at residential care homes across the UK, and booking qualified appointments for senior sales executives to close our newly launching AI platform.

What You’ll Do:
* Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
* Use lead generation tools to identify and engage potential prospects.
* Build relationships with decision-makers and uncover their pain points.
* Add value at the top of the sales funnel and maintain a healthy pipeline.
* Keep CRM systems up to date and ensure accurate reporting.
* Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to help deals cross the finish line.
