Job Description:

Job Title: Registered Manager - Residential and Nursing Care

We are a specialist provider of residential and nursing care for adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and complex physical disabilities. The Role:

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our team and create an environment that promotes dignity and independence, while striving for excellence in care. The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, balancing a compassionate approach to service delivery with achieving business results.

You will be supported by a dedicated team that includes Directors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, PBS Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, Quality Assurance, Senior Operations, and Recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the home.
* Manage and support staff to ensure they perform their roles safely and to the highest standard.
* Manage budgets, contracts, and financial aspects of the service.
* Make strategic decisions regarding the future and growth of the home.
* Lead specific projects or clinical areas.
* Provide on-call support during out-of-hours, shared with the team.
* Be flexible to cover nursing shortages as required.

What You Need:

* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Good English, numeracy, and digital skills.
* Strategic thinking and a strong business acumen.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Caring and trustworthy nature.
* Proven experience in leading a team.
* Experience in managing complex care services.
* Patience, understanding, and excellent communication skills.
* 2 years post-registration experience (RGN/RNLD or RNMH).
* Previous experience as a Home Manager.
