What you’ll do
* You’ll be integral in guiding and supporting our valued branch customers, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
* Proactively seek ways to continually enhance our customer banking experience.
* Support you to achieve a Foundation Certificate in Responsible Banking and build on your existing skills with full training.

* This is a job share opportunity, sharing duties of one full-time role, with part-time hours on a pro rata basis.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Having proactive conversations, understanding the needs of our customers and helping them with their banking needs.
* Completing general banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries and transfers.
* Helping customers understand the different ways they can bank with us and the range of services offered.
* Identifying opportunities to help customers with simple financial products and collaborating with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Salary and benefits
You’ll join us on a competitive salary starting at £26,010 pro rata for the hours you work.

Working pattern
You’ll need to be flexible in terms of hours, typically during branch opening hours (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday) with rotational Saturdays and some bank holidays.
