SEMH Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Impact in Education
Are you calm under pressure, empathetic, and passionate about mental health? We're recruiting flexible SEMH Teaching Assistants to work in a range of supportive school environments. You'll provide crucial support to pupils dealing with emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges.
What You'll Do:
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils experiencing SEMH difficulties.
* Help students develop resilience, emotional awareness, and self-regulation.
* Provide stability, encouragement, and consistent boundaries.
What We’re Looking For:
* A flexible attitude and willingness to travel up to an hour for work.
* A trauma-informed, nurturing approach.
* A DBS certificate and eligibility to work in the UK.
* Relevant experience in SEMH or behaviour support is a bonus.
