Company:
An exciting opportunity with a Global Leader in Scintillation materials across many sectors including healthcare, industrial and security applications. An opening for a Sales Director has become available to drive the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate worldwide sales and marketing activities of client portfolio (including X-Ray Phosphor Screen, Neutron detection Screens and more)
* Provide technical support with an application-driven approach to sales.
* Oversee the existing account management team and liaise with marketing team.
* Expect up to 50% travel time to meet prospects and customers.
Requirements:
* Experience in technical sales in Healthcare/ Security sectors in imaging.
* Management experience.
* Proven track record as a team player. The ability to work on own initiative.
* Data Analysis and Presentation
* Desirable but not essential: Experience with export regulations.
* Strong problem solving skills.
* Ability to interpret specifications & technical documents
* Excellent personal organisation.
* Team player, motivating others.
Key Objectives:
* Develop profitable revenues for company product lines.
* Manage and grow existing and new sales channels.
* Contribute to overall company objectives and KPI targets.
* Perform market research tasks and contribute to the Strategic Plan.
* Lead other members of the Sales team.
