Summary Youll be the main point of contact for one of our clientslargest customers. Your role combines technical expertise, customer relationship management, and business development. Youll manage the customers account, make sure projects run smoothly, help grow the business, and ensure pricing and profitability targets are met. Key Responsibilities Customer & Program Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of a major customer program from setup to delivery ensuring all technical, commercial, and contractual obligations are met. Business Development: Identify new opportunities with existing and potential customers (especially OEMs), support bids and negotiations, and help expand Dediennes market reach. Pricing & Financials: Prepare and manage pricing strategies, forecasts, and profit margins. Work with purchasing and finance teams to maintain cost control and profitability. Internal Coordination: Lead communication between engineering, manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship: Act as the customers key contact handling issues, organizing meetings, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction with product quality and service. Performance Monitoring: Track project results (cost, schedule, quality) and report regularly to both internal management and the customer. Recommend improvements or corrective actions when needed. Continuous Improvement: Collect customer feedback, lead quality or process improvement initiatives, and ensure Dedienne maintains a strong reputation with the client. Profile Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (essential) Additional studies or experience in Business or Project Management would be preffered 5 years experience in a similar customer-facing or program management role (ideally in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing) Strong technical understanding with commercial acumen Excellent communication and negotiation skills Able to work independently, manage complex projects, and travel internationally Customer-focused, proactive, and driven to improve both relationships and results In Short This is a hybrid role blending engineering, account management, and business development.
