Tasks
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: conducting comprehensive assessments, developing and implementing care plans, providing counseling and support, advocating for clients' rights, collaborating with other professionals, maintaining accurate records, and participating in case reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social work principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to client well-being. A relevant social work qualification is essential.
