The ideal Hard Landscape Foreperson will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for transforming outdoor spaces into stunning environments. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, the Hard Landscape Foreperson will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards. Hard Landscape Foreperson will be responsible for leading a small team to run projects covering Bromley, South London, and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on role, and you will need to demonstrate a high standard of experience in landscaping duties that include the following: * Brickwork * Concreting * Decking * Fencing * Paving * Retaining Walls * Setting out * Steps and terraces Hard Landscape Foreperson Specification * Experienced Landscaper and Team leader. * Communication and customer service skills * Team Player * Attention to detail * Full clean UK driving licence and experienced driving vans. * Have a full understanding of Health and Safety Salary up to £40kpa depending on experience; plus a brand-new company van and fuel card
