What the job involves Your responsibilities will include conducting high-quality assessments, care planning, and child protection investigations to prevent the separation of children from their families where possible. You will manage a diverse caseload, support case conferences, produce comprehensive assessments, and contribute to service transformations. You will work collaboratively with partner organisations to achieve positive results for children and families. Skills Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Ability to work proactively and as part of a team Effective partnership working with agencies Clear and effective communication skills Understanding of professional accountability Social Work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent) Knowledge of theoretical Social Work concepts and practices Experience in managing risk within a caseload Driver's license required Minimum of 2 years frontline child protection experience
