Vehicle Technician and / or MOT Tester Required in Horsham, West Sussex
1. Pay: £30,000 - £42,000 Basic DOE + Team Bonuses throughout the year
2. Hours: 8.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings on a rota
We are currently working with a well respected and established Motor Trade Car Garage who have been operating in their local area for 30 successful years and counting. Our client boasts an average rating of 4.9 stars out of 5 on various customer review platforms; who rarely have to advertise for additional work.
For the first time in 12 years they are seeking a Vehicle Technician and an MOT Tester within a similar automotive car garage or similar car dealership environment, to join and support the work of their Workshop team. Within this Vehicle Technician and/ or MOT Tester Role your typical duties will include:
10. Undertake repairs and servicing of customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer technical standards.
11. Mechanical and Electrical diagnostics and customers cars
12. Be able to undertake servicing and mechanical repairs; suspension, clutches, timing belts / chains etc
13. Offer technical advice and support to service staff and apprentices in the workshop
14. Work with the wider workshop team to improve quality
