* To ensure that clients and the building are safe and secure.
* To be responsible for recording relevant information and sharing
* information with their co-workers and managers.
* To work with support planners to build the skills and confidence of
* service users, to empower them in maximising their independence.

* We have a number of services and hostels across Nottingham that are in need of
* Night Support. Our Night Support Workers are an integral part of the team and
* work to keep our hostels and Service Users safe and secure during the night.
* Hours vary but will include weekends and bank holidays depending on where your
* shifts fall. You will be working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. We will also consider
* part time hours.
* No experience is necessary, but you must have an understanding of the issues
* faced by vulnerable adults.
* To deliver a service which maintains a safe environment.
* To contribute to the achievement of contractual service obligations.
* To work in partnership with other agencies to maximise service delivery.
* Build effective relationships with service users referred into and living at
* the service, whilst maintaining boundaries with calm and consistent
* professional practice.
* Complete Welfare checks and resident at risk checks.
* Ad-hoc tasks such as paperwork, filing, printing and keeping areas tidy.
