Connex Education is working in partnership with a number of schools across Stoke-on-Trent to recruit Teaching Assistants to provide high-quality classroom support. Assignment Details
8. Have previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or similar educational setting (voluntary or paid)
9. Hold a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching & Learning), or a degree in education or a related field (preferred but not essential)
10. Are confident supporting pupils in the classroom, either one-to-one or in small groups
11. Can assist with general classroom tasks, lesson preparation, and behaviour management
12. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
13. Are reliable, flexible, and adaptable to different classroom environments
14. Have a current DBS on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for one through Connex Education
