Salary: £66,000 - 72,000 per year Requirements: Experience of gathering and synthesising requirements from various stakeholders and sources to develop clear, evidenced business cases Experience in leading data/digital transformation and improving data maturity within a complex organisation Ability to quickly understand a range of technologies/projects and their interdependencies Skill in simplifying complex material for diverse audiences, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills Capability to build effective, credible working relationships at all levels, internally and externally Focus on crucial issues with the ability to prioritise effectively and ensure quality, timely delivery of agreed outputs Use of influencing, persuading, and negotiation skills to drive engagement Responsibilities: Develop and facilitate a Data Maturity Assessment across the company Map existing data capacity and capability across the organisation Map current data projects and understand how they interrelate Identify opportunities presented by existing single view projects Produce a clear analysis and prioritised options appraisal for the Corporate Leadership Team, including a high-level programme plan for medium-term delivery Analyze current workforce vs future workforce skills needs related to data based on the maturity assessment and mapping Technologies: More: We are a client-focused organisation seeking a Head of Data and Analytics for approximately 4 months.
