Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile life sciences project. This individual will play a critical role in overseeing electrical subcontract packages on one of the industry's most technically advanced developments.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and design-to-delivery workflows, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* On-Site Management: Take ownership of on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project safety protocols in collaboration with the project safety team.
* Quality Assurance: Lead and enforce quality assurance (QA) procedures alongside the QA/QC team to maintain project standards.
* Schedule Management: Support the management of the project schedule, tracking progress and reporting in line with overall project milestones.
* Cost Management: Oversee and monitor all costs associated with the electrical scope, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor variations.
* Site Operations: Provide hands-on leadership for the daily site operations, ensuring smooth coordination of resources and delivery targets.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience as a Construction Manager within the electrical contracting industry.
* A proven track record managing large-scale projects, ideally within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom environments.
* A strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and design-to-delivery workflows.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* A relevant trade background or third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
