Job Description\n\n \n\nTechnology Specialist (Identity Management)\n\nHours: Full Time – 37.5 hours per week\n\nLocation: Flexible across the North East area\n\n \n\nThe purpose of our Technology Specialist is to ensure RHCUK colleagues can access the\nresources they need while protecting the IT services through managing the starters, leavers and mover’s process. To provide effective and responsive technology support across all RHCUK, specifically on starters, leavers and movers. To maintain and improve technology services\navailable to all end users.\n\nWhat you will do:\n\nFocus on identity management, including creating\nand amending user accounts\n\nWork through ITSAR tickets to ensure timely and\naccurate resolution\n\nProvide support for account-related issues, such as\npassword resets, access problems, and other\nidentity-related concerns that users might encounter\n\nKeep detailed records of account creation\nactivities and generating reports\n\nCollaborate with the Infrastructure Specialist (Identity\nManagement), Service Desk, architecture,\nintegration, solution delivery, and security teams\n\nSupport and assist with planned projects and change\nvia a Helpdesk ticketing system\n\nContribute to continual service improvement across\nall services provided by the Technology Services\nTeam to the business\n\nThis post carries on-call commitment and requires\noccasional late evening and weekend working \n\nWhat you will bring:\n\nExperience in providing IT technical support within a\nmulti-site, large organization\n\nExperience in creating and maintaining up-to-date\nprocedures and technical documentation\n\nExperience with Service Now, Active Directory, Azure\nAD, Workday, and Microsoft Entra\n\nExperience of being able to plan own work, deliver with\nlimited direct supervision and changing priorities and\nworkload\n\nPreferred Experience:\n\nHealthcare / Adjacent industry experience\n\nEssential Education and Capabilities:\n\nSignificant professional experience\n\nPreferred Education and Capabilities:\n\nDegree level and ITIL/equivalent level accreditation\n\nBenefits:\n\n25 Days Leave + Bank Holidays\n\nBuy & Sell Flexi Leave Options\n\nPrivate Pension where Ramsay will match up to 5% after a qualifying period\n\nEnhanced Competitive Parental Leave Policies\n\nPrivate Medical Cover with option to add partner & dependants\n\nLife Assurance (Death in Service) x3 base salary\n\nFree Training and Development via the Ramsay Academy\n\nConcerts for Carers\n\nEmployee Assistance Programme\n\nCycle2Work scheme available, in partnership with Halfords\n\nThe Blue Light Card Scheme\n\nAbout Us:\n\nRamsay Health Care UK is a well-established global hospital group with over 50 years’ experience.
