We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within our contingent staffing division. This is a client-facing, strategic sales role, responsible for acquiring new business, developing strong client relationships, and promoting our value-driven IT workforce solutions specifically within the Defense, Intelligence & Space sector.
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the Defense, Intelligence & Space sector through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation.
Consult with clients to understand their contingent workforce needs and propose tailored solutions (SOW, staff augmentation, managed project solutions).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement Managers, and Project Leads.
Track, forecast, and report on sales metrics and pipeline using CRM tools.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
Proven track record of business development success within the Defense, Intelligence & Space sectors.
