Optical & Hearcare Assistant

As a Optical & Hearcare Assistant, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes customers and supports them throughout their visit. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while learning the ropes from experienced Opticians and Audiologists.
What you'll be doing:
* Greeting and assisting customers
* Provide advice on eyewear and hearing aid products, including style, function, and maintenance
* Help customers with hearing aid care, including battery changes and device cleaning
* Answering customer enquiries with professionalism and care
What we offer:
* £10.20-£12.41 an hour (depending on age)
* 20 hours over 4 or 5 days - weekend working is essential
