Therefore, prior experience in a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) TA role is essential, as is the ability to support multiple students with a wide range of needs. Strong rapport-building skills and an understanding of individual differences are key to success in this role.
This is a fast-paced setting that demands a quick-thinking, efficient, and adaptable team player to support both students and staff. The position focuses on secondary-aged pupils, particularly those in Key Stage 3 (KS3), where you'll provide tailored support and one-on-one classroom assistance.
