Our team here at Internet Media Group are currently seeking a highly organised and dynamic individual to join us! We take pride in delivering an online services marketplace, connecting local service providers with consumers in need of specific services across a wide range of industries. The successful candidate will be central to the operations of the business as Internet Media Group drives its website traffic primarily through paid Google Ads and SEO activity.
We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to drive performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid media campaigns to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve business objectives, with a primary focus on new lead generation activities.
This role requires a data-driven marketer with a proven track record of delivering results, who can develop high-performing paid media strategies, continuously optimise performance, and report on key metrics.

Responsibilities
* Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-platform paid advertising strategies tailored to business goals.
* Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Primarily Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.
* Performance Optimisation: Monitor and adjust bids, maximise conversions, audience targeting, creatives, and landing pages to maximise ROAS.
* Budget Management: Effectively allocate budgets across platforms to drive efficient spend and meet KPIs.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign results.
* A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
* Audience Targeting: Leverage first-party data, custom audiences, and retargeting strategies for maximum impact.
* Competitor Analysis: Keep up to date with market trends, competitors’ paid strategies, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
* Proven track record of running successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a particular focus on Google Ads.
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Bing Ads.
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Engine Console to review and analyse marketing performance and key website metrics.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and third-party tracking tools.
* Ability to create, test, and optimise ad creatives and website landing pages in collaboration with designers and content teams.
* Experience with conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
* Excellent knowledge of attribution models, bid strategies, and performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
* Experience in managing 5- to 6-figure monthly ad spend.
* Proficiency in using Google Tag Manager and setting up conversion tracking.
* Strong understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, iOS14+ updates, and first-party data strategies).
* Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Experience in lead generation, or B2B/B2C performance marketing.
* Some knowledge of SEO and organic social media marketing and how this interacts with Paid Ad activity.
* Experience with automation tools (Scripts, API integrations, etc.).
* Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
