AI Software Engineer – up to £140k – Central London (5 days onsite)

They’re hiring an AI Engineer to help design, build, and deploy cutting‑edge, production‑grade AI features that directly power their platform.
The Role
* Build conversational AI systems and agent‑based workflows
* Implement tool use, function calling, and RAG pipelines
* Develop deep search capabilities across proprietary and external datasets
* Evaluate, iterate, and improve AI model performance in production
Tech stack: Python (FastAPI), LLMs, and modern AI frameworks
What They’re Looking For
* Hands‑on experience working with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic)
* Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain
* Solid SQL and data handling experience
Nice to have
* Knowledge of vector databases
