Job Description
The Accounts Assistant will:
3. Process and check purchase invoices, accruals and prepayments, reconciliations etc
4. Produce monthly sales invoices
5. Review accounts/profit and loss
6. Perform supplier statement reconciliations
7. Resolve queries
8. Ad-hoc support for the Finance team
The Successful Applicant
The Accounts Assistant will be/have:
9. Experience in a similar role
10. Computer literate with good Excel skills and experience using an accounting system/s
11. Good communication skills
12. Immediate availability
