As Care Coordinator Team Manager, you’ll oversee a team of care coordinators responsible for scheduling, recruitment-matching, and delivering person-centred care. You’ll coach your team through challenges, drive rota and financial efficiency, and act as a senior point of contact across the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
🔹 4+ years’ experience in team management or operational care roles
🔹 A confident communicator and problem-solver
🔹 Strong grasp of rotas, payroll, billing, and compliance
🔹 Proficient with care systems and Microsoft Office
🔹 Full UK driving licence & access to your own transport
🌟 Bonus if you also bring:
🔸 NVQ/QCF Level 3+ in Health & Social Care or Management
🔸 Experience coaching or mentoring teams
🔸 Knowledge of CQC frameworks and complex care
