This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth across key commercial channels, including sponsorships, advertising, corporate hospitality, merchandising, retail, and strategic business partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase revenue across sponsorship, advertising, retail, hospitality, and partnership channels. Identify and secure new sponsorship and advertising opportunities while managing and nurturing existing relationships. Deliver budgeted sales targets and ensure all commercial activities align with broader business goals. Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to execute advertising and promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility. Proactively market the club within the local and regional business communities to boost fan engagement and matchday attendance. Play an active role in matchday operations to ensure sponsor and partner expectations are exceeded. Required Experience & Skills: In-depth knowledge of sports sponsorship and football commercial operations essential. A strong network of industry contacts and a history of successful partnership development. Proven experience in contract negotiation and account management. Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools to support strategic decisions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
