Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to SEMH/SEN pupils. Support students to develop confidence, resilience, and self-regulation skills. Use restorative and positive behaviour management strategies effectively. Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to provide holistic care. Contribute to the wider school community and pastoral care initiatives. About You Holds relevant teaching qualifications (QTS or equivalent). Significant experience working with SEMH or SEN pupils. Demonstrates resilience, patience, and empathy in challenging situations. Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
