A forward-thinking 11–18 school in Worcestershire is seeking a meticulous and analytical Data & Assessment Administrator to join its administrative team from January 2026.
The Role
This role supports the management and reporting of student performance data, ensuring accuracy across internal assessments, exams and progress tracking. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, heads of department and the exams team to ensure reliable information is available for decision-making.
Key duties include:
• Updating and maintaining student data systems (SIMS/Arbor).
• Producing termly progress and attainment reports.
• Analysing attendance and assessment data for leadership meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection policies.
