Up to £34,000 pa DOE
Overview of the role:
* To research, identify, and evaluate mergers & acquisitions related to company growth strategy
* Performing industry research to help Business Managers stay ahead of trends and developments
* Translating complex market data into clear actionable reports, delivering results to SLT and stakeholders
* Using market databases such as Capital, IQ, Pitchbook, Mergemarket
* Delivering meaningful business opportunity reports with reasons aligning to business strategy
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has a working knowledge of understanding company profiles, ownership and commercial propositions.
You will also have all of the following:
* Degree within a Business, Financial or Economic field
* Experience within an investment or MA setting
* Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
* Full Driving license for use in the UK
