£56,000 to £61,000 per year
This role is full-time working 37.5 hours per week; however, flexible working options or term-time only working will be considered.

The Role:
My client has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team. In this rewarding role, you'll provide clinical and professional leadership to nurses within the company, motivating and empowering others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Line management responsibility, including carrying out clinical supervisions and annual performance development reviews.
* Set standards in conjunction with the Executive Team that aim to strive for excellence in all nursing practice.
* Take accountability for appropriate clinical policies and procedures.
* Manage and take accountability for the nursing budget.
* Promote a positive, inclusive approach to health and wellbeing across the Foundation.
About You:
* Qualified nurse (General, Paediatric, RNLD, RMN)
* Active NMC pin
* Experience of working at NHS Band 7 or equivalent or above
* Experience working with young people or adults with learning disabilities and/or complex health needs.
* Strong clinical skills and confident in decision-making and managing risk.
* Passionate about person-centred care and inclusive education.
