We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Transformation Programme Manager to join our Optronics and Missile Electronics (OME) UK team in Glasgow.

Key responsibilities:
The principal purpose of the role is to lead the implementation of Project to Product (P2P) transformation initiative across the organisation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from traditional project management methodologies to a more, product-based approach in a manufacturing environment. Other responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution of the transformation strategy.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote Agile methodologies and product management practices within teams.
* Analyse existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product delivery.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of transformation initiatives. Risk management and mitigations to maintain budgeted programme performance
About you:
* Proven experience in project management and/or business transformation, preferably in the Defence and Manufacturing industry.
* Strong understanding of Project to Product (P2P) frameworks and Agile methodologies.
* Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale business process transformation projects.
